Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of skilled construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, labouring for plasterers, tiling, concreting, landscaping, roofing etc.
  • Assist with the installation of fixtures and fittings like kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work on buildings and garden structures.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean and tidy working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the existing team to complete projects efficiently.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labour tasks effectively.

Pay:
£8.90-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
