Skilled Laborer

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of skilled construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, labouring for plasterers, tiling, concreting, landscaping, roofing etc.
- Assist with the installation of fixtures and fittings like kitchens and bathrooms.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance work on buildings and garden structures.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean and tidy working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the existing team to complete projects efficiently.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labour tasks effectively.

Pay: £8.90-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
