Implementation Analyst

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Implementation Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in turning ideas into reality. You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of new processes, tools and services, from initial analysis through to execution and evaluation. You have experience building process maps, researching (and delivering) technical solutions, and possess a strong desire to learn and adapt to new tools and methods. A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on achieving impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Mapping

  • Requirement Gathering: Work with people all over the business understand current processes and requirements for new implementations.
  • Process Mapping: Create clear process maps that visualise processes.
  • Workflow Design: Understand, design and implement workflows to support the new processes and systems.

Technical Proficiency

  • Computer Programming: Knowledge of one or more languages (ideally SQL or Python) with both the capability and interest to learn more.
  • CRM: Strong background implementing changes that include a CRM and the understanding behind relational databases.
  • Technical Solutioning: Make informed decisions on which technologies, platforms, or tools should be used, considering factors such as compatibility, scalability, and cost.
  • Research: Know enough to know what you dont know and go and find it.

Implementation and Integration

  • Planning: Clarify all steps needed to deliver full implementation, being clear on the priorities and order.
  • System and Process Integration: Ensure implementation integrates with existing tools and processes seamlessly.
  • Testing and Validation: Know how to test changes and constantly validate desired benefits come to fruition.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience in using CRM systems and relational databases for data management and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technical competence in one or more of the following: SQL, APIs, Python, WordPress, showcasing versatility in handling various technical tasks.


Professional Experience:

  • Process mapping experience, with the ability to design and document business processes using process mapping tools.
  • Knowledge of business processes, ideally within sales or call centre environments, to provide relevant insights and improvements.


Analytical and Organizational Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and organize time-sensitive tasks effectively, prioritizing based on business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for business process improvements.


Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
