Job Description
Job Overview:

TT2 Limited is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance and administration of the Tyne Tunnels. With 60,000 vehicles travelling with us everyday, we play an important part in the local infrastructure of creating a link between the North and South of the River Tyne.

TT2 have been committed to providing apprenticeships for over 18 years, providing a hands-on approach for people to construct their career paths in various functions including Marketing, HR, Projects, IT, Maintenance and more.

TT2 currently have apprentices in Marketing, Project Management IT, HR and Data Analysis.

We also have apprentices who have successfully completed their apprenticeship and are now full-time members of staff.

Duties:
  • You will be responsible for the generation of key reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis covering the performance of any or all of the TTW business.
  • Interact with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure that accurate information is obtained in a timely way.
  • Work closely with the management team, including the CEO.
  • Ensure the integrity of our data generation systems and advise and support managers in delivery of services in line with business objectives, manage the production of the periodic management reports and processing of data in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the integrity of the information provided through implementation, regular review, and update of controls.
  • Advise and support managers in delivering services in line with business objectives, recommending actions when necessary.
  • Support with the production of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and performance data and the subsequent analysis of results and performance including revenue analysis.
  • You will also support the development of the business strategy, delivery of KPIs and assist in the production of key business drivers including the introduction of targeting and production of forecasts and budgets.
  • The role will include other reasonable duties directed by the Business Improvement Manager including report preparation and general associated duties in the office.
Desired Skills and Qualities:
  • You will be an enthusiastic problem solver with exceptional analytical ability with a high standard of accuracy who enjoys taking tasks to completion.
  • This is an autonomous role which required being a self starter, working under pressure and meeting timescales with minimal supervision.
  • Excel skills to macro level with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Hours and Benefits:
  • Full time role, working 37 hours per week based at our Wallsend Office (NE28 0PD)
  • Office hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:30hrs including 30 min unpaid lunch break and Friay 08:30-16:00hrs including 30 min unpaid lunch break

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 4 Data Analyst Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through:
  • 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
  • 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
