The Auditor Opportunity at Medik8

The Auditor plays a crucial role in Medik8's Quality department, ensuring product quality and compliance throughout the supply chain. As a key member of the team, you will report to the Quality Assurance Manager, taking charge of creating and implementing the supplier auditing plan. This role offers a chance to shape the vision and strategy for supplier auditing, supporting business evolution and scalability, ultimately driving incredible output levels.
Your focus will involve collaboration across functions, prioritizing audit regimes, developing best practices, influencing stakeholders, and embodying Medik8's customer-centric culture.

In more detail, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing audits according to the supplier auditing program for external suppliers.
• Leading the supplier audit process and ensuring timely reporting and audit closure.
• Collaborating with external suppliers on CAPA implementation and driving continuous improvement in supply chain sustainability.
• Enhancing the supplier qualification process, reviewing supplier questionnaires, and agreements.
• Acting as an SME for all supplier and internal audit-related matters.
• Owning and maintaining the internal audit schedule, leading internal audits.
• Ensuring compliance and effectiveness of systems and processes.

The role requires previous experience in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, cosmetics/skincare, or food, strong auditing experience, and proficiency in supplier auditing systems development. Additionally, familiarity with FDA regulations and ISO standards is essential, along with solid IT skills.
