Teaching Assistant:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, support primary-aged children with Autism in a dedicated SEN unit.
Work closely with the class teacher and fellow teaching assistants to deliver tailored educational plans.
Create and maintain a nurturing, structured learning environment.
Facilitate both one-on-one and group activities to aid student's academic and social development.
Be proactive in meeting the individual needs of each student, ensuring a positive and inclusive for SEN

Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, especially with children with Autism, is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, empathetic, and patient approach to supporting SEN students.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and contribute positively to the classroom environment.
A valid DBS check is desirable and readiness to start immediately after half term.
