Job Summary:

Duties:

  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Computerise documents and maintain electronic records
  • Provide organisational support by scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Proficient in using Google Suite for office tasks
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Manage general office tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Type correspondence and reports as needed
  • Familiarity with Xero for basic accounting tasks
  • Provide administrative support to staff as required
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls

Experience:

  • Proven experience in an office administration role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety for trades and office settings
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
