About the Company
Archway Roadmaster UK Ltd.

(ARUK), operate a fleet of Roadmaster Spray Injection Patching machines, providing road maintenance and repair services to local authorities across the UK.


Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the hire operations of the company, including answering the phone, creating reports as required, etc.
  • Coordinating the supply of all materials required, including processing orders, liaising with suppliers, and confirming delivery dates and times
  • Arranging travel, rental vehicles and accommodation bookings as required
  • Creating and updating Purchase Orders in the Company's accounting software
  • Review and approval of supplier invoices & delivery dockets
  • Assist with management of Company fuel cards including ordering, distribution, maintaining records and cancelling cards
  • Providing information to relevant departments, including A/P & A/R to enable accounts to process supplier invoices and sales invoices by deadline each month
  • Meeting minute taking as required, while participating and contributing to contract meetings, weekly operator calls & company calls
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety and Data Privacy regulations
  • Other adhoc duties as required

Experience & Requirements

  • A minimum of two years office experience is required
  • Possess strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a motivated team player with a strong sense of commitment to the team
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail & a high level of accuracy required
  • Strong written and verbal communications / phone skills are required
  • Confidentiality, honesty & integrity are essential
  • Must be able to demonstrate your '_Right to Work'_ in the UK
  • A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary:
£11.00-£12.50 per hour
