We are excited to present an opportunity at a top company in the Technology industry. They are on the lookout for a skilled Product Trainer to become part of their dynamic team in Yateley, Hampshire.

As a Product Trainer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing technical content against Digital Appliance products
  • Analyzing field requirements and liaising with Digital Appliance Tech Supporters in a technical setting
  • Creating dis-assembly training videos

This contract role is open until the conclusion of December and requires full-time availability.

The primary focus of this position revolves around identifying training needs related to customer service, such as:

  • Product Knowledge training
  • Performance management
  • Customer self-help

You will be tasked with implementing training strategies leveraging cutting-edge innovations like AR & AI in virtual, F2F, online, and offline formats.

Using the LMS platform, you will take charge of training delivery, encompassing deployment, targeting user groups, monitoring completion, assessing efficacy, and implementing enhancements.

Furthermore, you will conduct live & recorded training sessions from technical training studios, webcasts, virtual classrooms, virtual coaching, and how-to videos.

You should possess substantial hands-on experience with Digital/Domestic Appliances and the flexibility to tailor training materials for diverse audiences.

This enticing contract role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £200 to £300 and falls within IR35 regulations.

The position is located in Yateley, requiring regular commuting to the office.
