Our client, a leading company in the Technology sector, is currently seeking a Product Trainer to join their team on site in Yateley, Hampshire. As a Product Trainer, you will be reviewing technical contents Vs. Digital Appliance products, Analysing field requirements and getting in touch with Digital Appliance Tech Supporters in a technical environment. You will also be required to create dis-assembly training videos. This is a contract position is available until the end of December on a full time basis.


The main aim of the role is to identify training requirements on customer service to include:

  • New technology and innovations
  • Product Knowledge training
  • Performance management
  • New product introductions
  • Technical repair skills
  • Customer service behaviours
  • Technical updates
  • Customer self-help
  • New governance and regulation requirements


You will be responsible for delivery of training strategies using the latest innovations, AR & AI as virtual, F2F, online and Offline. You will deliver training using the LMS platform includes deployment, targeting user groups, monitoring completion, evaluating effectiveness and making improvements. In addition, you will also deliver live & recorded training from the technical training studios, webcasts, virtual classrooms, virtual coaching, and how-to videos.


Candidates need the following:

  • Significant hands-on experience with Digital/Domestic Appliances
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt training content to different audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passionate about learning and developing others


Our client offers a competitive day rate for this contract position between £200 - £300 per day and the role is inside IR35. The location of the role is Yateley and you must be able to commute to the office on a regular basis.
