I am working with a tier one client who are embarking on a rail project that'll be one of the first stations added to the Great Eastern Mainline in over 100 years, featuring modern facilities including 3 platforms, step-free access with 2 lifts, a car park for 700 cars, a bus interchange, and storage for 500 bikes, while supporting economic and social development in the area with this landmark project.


Subcontract Management:
Oversee the administration and management of subcontractors.

Change Management:
Handle variations and changes in the project scope.

Cost/Value Reconciliation:
Assist in the preparation of periodic cost/value reconciliation reports.
You'll get the chance to work on one of the largest and most historic rail projects in the region.
Be part of innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology in the rail industry.
Demonstrable experince in the civils sector (rail and signalling expeience is a bonus)
Quantity Surveying degree or equivelent.
