Our Care Professionals provide care to those living in their own homes so they can continue to live fulfilled lives and be supported.
Job Description:
It can be hard to find a rewarding job that is local to you, but at Home Instead we can offer you just that. Start a career that will not only make a difference to someone else's life, but also to yours.
The majority of home care we deliver in your local area is unlike traditional local authority care, we don't do 15 minute or 30 minutes calls, we have a no uniform policy which helps break down those barriers to care and among other changes we offer really high continuity so that you get to go back to the same client frequently.
Obviously, we offer personal care, home help and dementia support, but we try to encompass companionship and engagement into every call, as well as being able to provide a fresh meal and not have to rush around the house during each visit.
You will get to experience the importance of making a client's day just by being there and having a cup of tea and a chat with them.
Qualifications:
A background in either care or similar customer service role would be advantageous however we do ensure all those who are new to care are provided with full support to become a Care Professional with qualifications.

Already have Care qualifications? - Great we can utilise your skills to their best ability and help you to develop these with additional training in specialised areas.
