Apollo Home Healthcare is a national provider of high-quality complex care at home services for adults and children, allowing individuals to stay within their own home to receive person-centred care and support.

The service we operate is specialist and Nurse Led, we provide highly trained care teams to work closely with clients in the community.

We rely on Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses to support our service users within their own homes.

Behind the scenes in the East operation, we have a team of staff who work to co-ordinate and manage all aspects of our service.

Main responsibilities as a Care Coordinator:

  • Building relationships with commissioners, professionals, clients and family members
  • Rota Management for your packages of care
  • Responding efficiently to day to day changes in your care packages
  • Providing excellent customer service
