Accounts Receivable Administrator Wanted

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The Accounts Receivable Administrator will work within the finance team and collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Administrator:
  • Daily client invoicing for services (new orders and recurring billing)
  • Handling billing inquiries
  • Bi-monthly Direct Debit collection process
  • Managing department emails promptly
  • Assisting with credit control and purchase ledger
  • Checking for customer updates and ensuring accuracy of invoices
Key Skills required for the Accounts Receivable Administrator:
  • Prior experience in accounts and administration
  • Proficiency in processing invoices and reconciling expenses
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail abilities
  • High standards of customer service
  • Capability to work well under pressure
  • Outstanding communication skills
