About the Role
As the Paid Media Manager, reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will be in charge of defining, executing, and optimizing all paid acquisition strategies for Busy Bees to achieve lead generation goals and KPIs.

Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Acquisition to develop acquisition strategies and implement paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage lead generation efforts through paid channels to meet national and local targets effectively.
- Create and execute media plans, manage budgets, and forecasts while coordinating with agencies.
- Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI for paid activities.
- Coordinate with Brand & PR team to align brand and generative activities, share insights, and respond swiftly to market changes.
- Analyze and report on channel performance to optimize activities and meet KPIs.
- Develop localized lead generation plans in collaboration with Brand and SEO teams.
- Monitor and report on paid activity KPIs, trends, and performance improvements.
- Constantly improve paid performance through collaboration with agencies and the marketing team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement necessary actions for brand growth.
- Review generative opportunities via brand-owned channels and set clear objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing team and third-party partners to optimize performance.
- Support the Head of Acquisition as required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation through paid activities.
- Digital marketing background preferred.
- Proven success in creating impactful digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience in email, social, and content marketing.
- Proficient in data analysis and ROI optimization.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong project management capabilities.
- Driven, creative problem solver with a proactive attitude.
- Relevant degree or qualification.
