We're looking for an energetic and highly organised Events Manager to own and deliver our Partner events. This will be everything from holidays and local networking through to our bi-annual event with 1000s of attendees. You will be eager to work and develop your career with a high growth, fast paced and high transaction business. These are the key skills & experiences we're looking for you to bring:

Proven track record in Events Project Management with experience of organising a wide range of events; A background in the event services industry is preferred; Experience with Network Marketing is a plus but not essential. Excellent Excel skills and data savvy. You'll be highly numerate and commercially astute Experience of managing a small team with ability to develop team members and bring out the best in them Highly organised, process-driven individual. Efficient and pragmatic - you get things done on time and on budget You'll need flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and travel as required on events and Achiever retreats Good communication skills (written and verbal) Displays initiative and strong problem solving skills Remains calm under pressure Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality events Ability to build strong relationships across the business - internally as well as with Partners. Ability to deal with escalations efficiently and sensitively You will role model the behaviour of a servant leader - no job is too big or too small. You'll work closely with the Head of Partner Engagement and manage a small team

Key stakeholders for this role include Partner Marketing, CRM, Product & Legal as well as our Partner network.

As Events Operations Manager you will develop and implement a long term event strategy which will include Event identities, growth and engagement opportunities. This role also ensures that the Partner Experience relating to Partner events is delightful and seamless. Your key responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with and support internal and external stakeholders to deliver key events, including annual Company events (Power Up & Amplify), by defining event objectives, requirements & deliverables. Develop and implement event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and proactively inform key stakeholders of progress. Reporting on KPIs and identifying opportunities for engagement and growth Responsible for operational excellence in overseeing and supporting the planning, execution and successful delivery of all Partner events. Project management and team management Budget management (Achievers Retreats, Kick Offs, Buzzes). Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions and an exceptional Partner experience. Oversee the end to end operational management of Achievers Retreats- includes detailed vetting of research / bookings / costings / qualification data and ensuring that the team delivers an impeccably high standard of admin support throughout up until final fulfilment as per required. Quality control on all aspects of the Partner Experience including service level and quality checks of Group inboxes which relate to areas within Events Operations.
