As they expand, they are looking for a skilled Mid-Senior UX Designer to join their team and contribute to shaping the future of their user interfaces.


Position Overview:

In the role of UX Designer, you will have a key role in steering the design and development of user-focused digital experiences.

Using your knowledge in user research, interaction design, and information architecture, you will help enhance our products and ensure they fulfill the needs and expectations of our diverse user base.

Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from concept creation to final implementation.
Conduct user research, which includes surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and convey design concepts effectively.
Develop high-fidelity mock-ups and design specifications for responsive web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to guarantee seamless integration of design solutions.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
Keep updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to promote continuous enhancement in UX design processes.

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
~ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
~ Proven experience with Graphic Design.
~ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and your design process.
~ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain and support design decisions.
~ Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
~ Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
