Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and seats them in their table
  • Take orders and upsell beverage
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following standard recipes
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
  • Check customers' identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
  • Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Skills:

  • Restaurant front house experience
  • Bar experience
  • Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Basic maths skills for handling payments and calculating bills
  • Knowledge food safety practices and regulations
  • Previous experience in bartending is advantageous
