About the job
We are looking for a client-focused triage assistant to join our ever-expanding team.

This role is our front-line contact, answering our busy helpline, assisting clients who present at the Bureau and dealing with a range of tasks, such as managing clients waiting times and expectations, arranging and co-ordinating appointments with both generalist and specialist advisers, taking and relaying messages and providing administration support to our team lead's.
