The objective of the role is to be a pivotal part of the managerial team that delivers legal admin support to the firm across all of its offices.


  • Experience of managing business operations in a professional environment
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of excellent administrative support to legal teams across the firm
  • Improve processes and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing solutions where appropriate
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of team members at all levels
  • Be part of transformation projects, for example the implementation of new software and how this affects processes and procedures the team undertakes
  • Proactively use data, statistics and management information, preparing reports to inform decision making
  • Manage key suppliers and procurement processes
  • Support health and safety policies, ensuring compliance across the department
  • Work on ISO accreditations

The firm operates a hybrid working model based on the needs of our clients, teams and that of the individual.

Our core business hours are 9am - 5:15pm Monday to Friday, but they are open to other flexible options.
