Position

An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Maintenance Assistant based at Ayrshire Central Hospital.

What you will do:

Reporting to the Building Supervisor you will be part of a team responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance activities including minor repair work.

Based at Ayrshire Central, you will also cover all community based properties within the North Sector.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

Previous working experience of undertaking maintenance work within a hospital environment would be an advantage. You should be able to demonstrate versatility and experience on a range of maintenance work task schedules in addition to being an effective communicator and have an awareness of workshop health and safety procedures.

37 per week.

Shift Pattern:

8.00am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00amto 1.00pm Friday

Driving Licence/Car Ownership:

A car licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
