Your New Role...

The Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion business partner is responsible for operationalizing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) workforce and advancing strategic efforts for employees across multiple business areas in the UK&I and broader EMEA region. Reporting to the EMEA Regional DEI Lead, this Sr. DEI Business Partner will be responsible for advancing efforts including but not limited to Business Resource Group operating model, DEI learning and facilitation and local business initiatives connected to the global framework and regional DEI strategy tied to leadership and team business priorities. Based in London and working closely with members of the EMEA & International DEI team, this role will engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, to design and deliver programs that champion specific diversity activities and goals. With a predominate focus on WBD's UK&I businesses, this role will also provide project support for EMEA and drive measurable efforts that champion inclusion and create a sense of belonging for all employees.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Work closely with the Regional DEI leader, UK&I businesses and teams to implement the local DEI approach in accordance with global and EMEA strategy.

Develop strong working relationships to partner and collaborate with local leadership and across all UK&I offices.

Leading on providing data/input/leader coaching into any regional DEI steerco/Council structures including preparing DEI data for QBRs (quarterly business reviews)

Support the development and act as a strategic advisor to the UK&I chapters of the WBD Business Resource Groups (BRG) to enable them to operate successfully in alignment with the DEI strategy.

Provide end to end project management support on the activation of international and EMEA regional DEI programmatic efforts.

Partner with Learning & Development to identify business needs, schedule and facilitate DEI initiatives to build leadership capability and advance talent. As required, work with local vendors and external facilitators.

Partner with local leaders/P&C/Legal/Comms to manage the change and transformation needs required to implement our DEI approach with a systems lens/evidence-based approach.

Collaborate closely with the People and Culture and the Talent Acquisition partners to ensure effective DEI practices are embedded into every phase of the talent and development lifecycles to advance belonging and inclusion for EMEA employees.

Conduct regular analysis of internal activity and prepare regular measurement and impact updates.

Identify and establish key metrics to assess and measure results and progress of DEI initiatives as well as progress against key objectives and the broader DEI strategy.

Qualifications & Experience...

Proven track record of success developing, facilitating, and scaling DEI learning solutions with a localised and results oriented approach.

Experience working in highly matrixed, cross border / cross cultural organisation.

Ability to establish key metrics to assess and measure results of DEI initiatives as well as progress against key commitments and the broader DEI strategy.

Experience managing projects from end to end in fast paced environment.
