Community Sales Executive at Quickline

Currently, we are seeking dedicated Community Sales Executives to be part of our team. In this role, you will be actively involved in our new build areas in Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire, serving as the face of Quickline. Whether you are conducting door-to-door outreach or participating in community events, you will engage with rural communities daily. Your responsibilities will include interacting with potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and enrolling them in suitable broadband packages.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to connect with local residents, provide sales assistance, and offer advice on the most suitable broadband options for their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with rural communities to complete sales and provide necessary guidance.
  • Maintaining and updating customer information in our CRM systems.
  • Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ranging from technical issues to billing concerns.
  • Acting as a Quickline representative within the communities we operate in.
  • While we provide comprehensive training, any prior experience in the telecommunications industry would be beneficial.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, ideally in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a background in customer relations.
  • An aptitude for understanding technical products and effectively communicating their benefits.
  • Proficiency in managing CRM records and adhering to GDPR guidelines.
  • A willingness to engage with rural communities and represent Quickline professionally.
  • The flexibility to pass a DBS check and access a company fleet car if you hold a driving license.
