Description: The Fixed Asset Coordinator role at the Office of Finance and Administration/Auxiliary Services involves overseeing the fiscal management and accountability by managing tasks such as receiving, tagging, surplus, storage, and salvage of University Assets.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Considerable knowledge of Fixed Asset techniques and information systems
  • Demonstrated competencies in providing consultation services
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse staff
  • Prioritization skills for multiple assignments
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Proficiency in Banner, WASP, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Additional Considerations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • An equivalent mix of training and experience can substitute for a degree
