Responsibilities

  • Preparation of documents for largescale scanning
  • Identifying, classifying and sorting documents according to customer specifications
  • Highvolume document scanning utilising one or more workstations
  • Handling documents with care and attention
  • Utilising large format scanners, letter openers and other document handling equipment
  • Data processing and analysis using proprietary software for large accounts
  • Rebuilding files where required postscanning to allow for ongoing storage or return to the customer
  • Some warehouse work which may involve lifting boxes, booking in jobs and manual handling a good level of physical capability is advantageous.
  • Feedback learning and market information to colleagues

Skills & Experience

  • Good computer skills
  • MS Office experience preferred
  • Practical experience with office equipment preferred eg. Scanners, printers, copiers etc.
  • Experience in a professional office environment is an advantage
  • Exceptional organisational skills to ensure customers' needs are handled efficiently
  • To work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Good eyetohand coordination
  • An ability to effectively multitask
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • An aptitude for working well within a Team
  • Understand, appreciate and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Integrity and honesty as nonnegotiables

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
