We are a highly bespoke joinery manufacturing business looking for the right person to join our experienced team in the workshop.


About the role:

  • Producing bespoke items of the highest quality
  • The safe use of woodworking hand tools and power tools
  • Producing high quality joinery work to exacting standards and accurate tolerances

Responsibilities Include:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets quality standards

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a bench hand joiner or carpenter
  • NVO Level 2 Joinery/Carpentry Qualification
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Knowledge of different joinery techniques and woodworking tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Have an advanced level of bench manufacture and installation skills.
  • A good understanding of English, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to meet deadlines, be organised and work individually or as part of a team.
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
