Lead Full Stack Developer / Lead Web Developer

  • London (Hybrid), to GBP 90k


Lead Full Stack Developer / Lead Web Developer (.net / JavaScript) for our client, a tech driven, award-winning E-commerce company based in London.


You will be looking after a small Team of Developers, both Front End and Back End (offshore / onshore), whilst remaining hands-on.


Essential skills required for this role are a background in .Net Development with experience in front end frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.

Ideally you will have a background working in Ecommerce and taken ownership of the delivery of projects. Candidates will need to have experience in leading small teams with good people management skills.


Provide leadership, management, guidance and mentorship to a team of Developers.nLeading the Team, ensuring that web products are completed on time to a high standard, ensuring best practice.nRemain hands-on providing technical guidance to the team on Front End technologies.nCommunicating with senior stakeholders.nWorking closely with the Back End/Full Stack/Front End Developers to ensure that project goals are met.


nExperience required:


nExperience working with C# .NET CorenJavaScript, HTML, CSS Front End experiencenE-commerce experience or landing pages focused teams, projectsnHave a good understanding of web and Front End performance optimisationnAny experience of using SPA Front End frameworks would be an added bonus.nLead experience - strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams (including offshore teams would be desirable) and managing stakeholders/owning the delivery.nThis is a well established organisation who are going through a period of extended growth.


Our client are offering hybrid working (3 days in office one week followed by 2 days in office second week and so forth).
