Jupiter provides investment services to individual and institutional investors through mutual funds (UK unit trusts, Luxembourg SICAVs and Dublin OEICs), separately managed accounts and sub-advised funds.

We offer our UK employees a 3-2 hybrid working arrangement where Tuesdays, Thursdays and a third day of your choice are worked from the office.

The other two days may be worked from home. This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Jupiter's Distribution department in the Institutional Client Services Group as part of the Investment20/20 programme.

Job Introduction


This is an outstanding opportunity to join Jupiter's Distribution department which will enable you to get a rounded view of how the RFP and Client Services role works.


Forming part of the RFP Team, as an RFP trainee, based in London, you will be responsible for completing all Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), across all distribution channels and geographies.

Additionally, supporting on-going projects as part of team initiatives, as well as wider firm wide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Jupiter's investment capabilities, its infrastructure and the markets;
  • Develop an understanding of the RFP role, where information is derived and efficient project management skills around managing the RFP process, including DDQs, RFIs and other client/prospect questionnaires;
  • Collaborate with client service teams to ensure timely responses to clients and prospects;
  • Ensure that RFP, RFI and DDQ requests are completed to a high standard, are accurate and meet all agreed deadlines;
  • Assist RFP Analyst on team with overview documents, content management and electronic platform databases on a quarterly basis;
  • Liaise with key stakeholders around the company to provide high quality, tailored responses;
  • Motivated to get involved with wider company projects to support efficiencies within the team;
  • Contribute to continual population and development of the proposals database, refreshing and improving responses on an ongoing basis, working with the content manager and
  • Work with other team RFP team members to meet tight deadlines
