Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires someone who is well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As the Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in managing the CEO's workflow, handling administrative duties, and ensuring seamless communication internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Be the main contact person for the CEO, handling correspondence and communication.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and necessary documents.
- Conduct research, gather data, and create reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in organising company events, conferences, and other projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and address any issues proactively.
- Take charge of special projects and assignments from the CEO.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on excellence and attention to detail.
