Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel sales.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners and resellers.

Your primary goal will be to expand our market presence by promoting our cutting-edge intranet solution to mid-market and enterprise clients across the USA and Europe.


Responsibilities:
Some of the activities you will be involved with include:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including value-added resellers
Nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring their success and alignment with our business objectives.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales strategies.
Provide training and support to partners on our product offerings and value proposition
Develop and execute a channel sales plan that aligns with overall company goals.
Drive revenue growth by actively engaging with partners and end customers.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Identify market trends, competitive landscape and opportunities for expansion.
Target mid-market and enterprise clients across the USA and Europe.
Work closely with regional sales teams to penetrate new markets and verticals.
Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Become an expert on our intranet solution, understanding its features, benefits and competitive advantages.
Articulate the value proposition to partners and end customers
Provide product demonstrations and presentations as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
Proven track record in channel sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with intranet solutions, collaboration tools (in particular Microsoft 365), or SaaS products is a plus.
