We are currently recruiting for
a Warehouse Administrator (Noon Shift) at our Meir Park warehouse.

Monday - Thursday - 1.45pm pm

Friday pm - 8.00pm
As a Warehouse Administrator you will be required to provide a service to all customers both internal and external.

You will also be required to meet agreed service levels by ensuring accuracy, control and effective production of stock reports.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Understanding the priority of orders and customers
  • Stock allocation
  • Maintaining accurate stock records including receiving goods into the system; discrepancy adjustments
  • Dealing with Returns/Credits
  • Invoicing Personalised orders
  • Preparing breakages reports
  • Knowledge of Export procedures and documentation
  • Ensuring the warehouse team have accurate information
  • Dealing with couriers and hauliers
  • Shop Ordersarranging collections
ensuring stock is available to meet their orders

  • Responsibility for raising Wholesale Orders and working to agreed forecast
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested
