Job Summary:

The main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and lead the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning methods and hotel policies.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in a hotel setting.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays

Please Note:

Pay:
From £21,000.00 per year
