This position demands a professional who can navigate the complexities of Supplier Quality activities across a diverse range of commodities, contributing to projects that are at the heart of the company's mission.


The role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities including:

  • Spearheading problem resolution through advanced techniques such as 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa, ensuring the implementation of robust Permanent Corrective Actions.
  • Supporting Supplier Quality initiatives within the supply chain through Supplier Assessments, Process Audits, Surveillance Visits, and leading Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) as needed.
  • Enhancing the supplier performance monitoring system, driving continuous improvement and effectively communicating supplier quality issues and statuses.
  • Conducting quality performance reviews and fostering a culture of learning from past experiences.
  • Serving as the primary contact for Supplier Quality concerns, liaising with plant, programme, and commodity teams.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A fervent drive for thriving in fastpaced, successoriented environments.
  • A track record of excellence in Problem Solving, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Concessions, and Supplier Audits.
  • Extensive experience in a series production manufacturing setting, with a preference for backgrounds in the automotive sector.
  • A history of New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and the implementation of new business processes.
  • The willingness and ability to travel both nationally and internationally as needed.
  • A formal engineering qualification complemented by substantial experience in a Supplier Quality role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proficiency in quality systems and tools such as ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA, or equivalent.
