Ability to read and understand technical information, existing baseline information, including drawn information and Asset Database outputs where available)Collection of data on-site, and preparation of data to supply to the Asset Data Coordinator
Work in accordance with a schedule of works for facility data collection activities
Arrange access into facilities in line with the agreed plan
Make recommendations for data amendments
General data collection to a consistent standard
Working in conjunction with the Asset Data Coordinator to identify priorities & risks within plan
Support to the immediate team to ensure deliverables can be achieved
Ensure consistency in quality of information produced within the team
Liaise with the Asset Data Coordinator to identify and agree priorities in workstream
Collecting Asset Data utilising a range of data sets in preparation for upload to the company's Asset Management System
Working with the surrounding team, the successful applicant will be accountable for carrying out data capture activities in line with an agreed programme as per tasking supplied via the Asset Data Coordinator
Working alongside the Asset Data Coordinator to provide updates on progress and accuracy of information
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to communicate with colleagues and customers in person, by telephone and in writing
Good keyboard / IT skills with experience in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Power-point
Ability to manage data in SharePoint
