The Role


Radius Security are currently recruiting SIA licensed Senior Door Supervisor for Bars, Pubs, Restaurants & Night Clubs in key locations throughout North West England, specifically in the St Helens area.


  • Identification checks
  • Controlled searches
  • Managing entry & exit points
  • Incident reporting
  • Capacity monitoring & management
  • Collecting bodyworn camera footage
  • Administering first aid
  • Dealing with local licensing agencies & local authorities
  • Representing Radius and our clients in line with our company values and brand guidelines
  • A full valid SIA door supervision license
  • Exceptional hospitality and communication skills
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
  • Adhere to strict uniform standards

Rate of pay will be £12 per hour depending on experience, designated venue, and role.
