We are looking for a suitable Support Worker for our client who is a 31 year old male living with a brain injury.
Our client has limited mobility helped by using a wheelchair and mobility scooter."I can communicate but sometimes get distracted or forgetful. I consider myself to be friendly, social and easy to get along with."
Your role
"To assist in taking me to the gym, either by your own or public transport, occasional social activities, cooking, appointments and other daily tasks which will encourage independence."
About you
"I need a buddy/pa who is kind, friendly, patient, easygoing, encouraging and positive. An interest in fitness, food and health would be great."
Days and times to be mutually agreed.
- Right to work checks, and an enhanced DBS check will need to be completed for this role.
- Applicants will be asked to provide two referees.
