About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at Ambient Support Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to gain greater independence and improve their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social and emotional support to residents, either in their homes or in their local community
  • Support residents with their personal care, including personal hygiene needs if required
  • Assist with shopping and budgeting
  • Build and maintain relationships with friends and family of our residents
  • Perform household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Accompany residents on outings, such as walks, meals, and other activities
Requirements
  • You must be a calm, caring individual with a positive outlook
  • Empathy, caring, and sensitivity to the needs of others are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
  • Computer literacy is necessary
  • A car driver is desirable but not essential
