Professional Negligence NQ Position in Birmingham

This job is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known Legal 500 law firm specializing in providing professional indemnity advice to various insurance clients.

The firm is highly respected throughout the UK for its exceptional client service and top-notch lawyers.

As the Insurance Disputes team continues to grow, they are looking to hire an NQ solicitor to join their team.

The ideal candidate should have a background in professional indemnity litigation, including pre-action and litigation procedural knowledge, and should have experience advising insurers and professionals on construction, legal, or financial-related disputes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice, demonstrating strong technical competence, and overseeing junior lawyers.

There is a constant influx of new instructions from existing clients, so the firm seeks a motivated solicitor with technical expertise and ambition, capable of building relationships and offering exceptional client service.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • NQ Solicitor or Trainee Solicitor close to qualification
  • Training experience in Professional Indemnity, Commercial Litigation, or Construction
  • Genuine interest in professional indemnity
  • Proactive and self-starting with great initiative
  • Strong team player for handling complex matters
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Expertise in drafting and litigation
