Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance person/Caretaker to join our team.

The Caretaker will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the property, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, painting, changing of lightbulbs, moving furniture.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or repairs needed
  • Keep the property clean and organized, including common areas and outdoor spaces
  • Supervise and coordinate with external contractors
  • Respond promptly to client requests and address any concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language for effective communication
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with a focus on maintaining a high standard of service
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
£12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
