Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and networks
- Configuration, installation and maintenance of servers in a virtual environment
- Provision virtual servers and desktops as per specifications
- Support the design set up and maintenance of Citrix environments, including supporting virtual apps and desktops
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer faults
- Contribute to hardware and software improvements
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Administration and lifecycle management for equipment and software licences
- Help designing, deploying and maintaining VoIP server and network devices
Knowledge of the following:
- Hyper-V
- Citrix
- Database Software (MS SQL and/or Oracle)
- Networking
- Windows, Linux
- Active Directory
