We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving our IT recruitment initiatives.


Position Overview:

nAs a Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from client engagement to candidate placement.

Leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and source, assess, and place high-caliber candidates to meet their staffing needs.


nResponsibilities:

nClient Engagement:

nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and IT staffing needs.nUtilize your sales experience to generate new business opportunities, helping in business growth.


nCandidate Sourcing and Assessment:


nUtilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract top IT talent.nConduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and technical evaluations, to ensure a strong match with client requirements.nEnd-to-End Recruitment:nManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.nProvide guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.


nMarket Research and Industry Knowledge:


nStay abreast of industry trends and market conditions within the IT sector.nShare insights with clients and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies that align with industry best practices.


nMetrics and Reporting:
nTrack and report on key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction, to optimize recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

n1-11 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant.nDemonstrated success in placing candidates preferably within the IT sector.nIn-depth understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and skill sets.nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.nProven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and objectives.nAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.nAbility to build healthy client relationships.nDemonstrated success in Lead Generation / Business Development within the recruitment industry.
