Currently, we are in search of a Head of Finance for our Pumps Parts Retrofit (PPR) division to strategically partner and oversee results, aligning with forecasts, budgets, our growth plans throughout the EMEA region.

This role presents an ideal opportunity for an individual eager to drive tangible business improvements.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as a strategic partner to the Head of Operations PPR EMEA, actively engaging in operations management, and extending influence into strategic business decisions that go beyond the realm of finance.
  • Support and assess growth plan and profitability improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate Sales forecast alignment for the spare parts and retrofit business, bridging operational capacity and demand, providing a comprehensive view of expected results.
  • Drive solutions to mitigate forecast misalignment with the annual budget, identifying opportunities for exceeding targets.
  • Provide a meaningful monthend performance analysis versus forecast, budget, and the prior year for effective comprehension and retention.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Accounting qualification or a high-level degree.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a senior controlling position.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, MSDAX, etc.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Integrity, leadership, and a teamfocused mindset.
  • A goaloriented approach.
  • Effective communication and analytical abilities.
  • High accuracy in your work.
  • Adaptability to changing situations.
