Job Summary:

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join a rapidly growing FMCG organisation in the UK. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and delivering budget commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, including 5-year and 1-year budgets, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide financial leadership and support to the senior management team, ensuring they maximize financial performance and deliver budget commitments.
  • Attend regular performance reviews with the leadership team to review and challenge P&L and KPI performance.
  • Assess and quantify P&L risks or opportunities through monthly forecasts and develop action plans with the leadership team to optimize performance.
  • Provide financial guidance on change activities to ensure they are financially viable.
  • Advance the use of data and technology to improve ways of working across the team.

Requirements:

  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified.
  • Recent relevant experience in FMCG or retail, ideally.
  • Strong commercial and operational decision-making skills.
