My client adopts a hybrid model of working, alongside flexible hours. This is a full time, permanent role, working in a successful, friendly, yet incredibly supportive environment.As the HR Business Partner, your key duties will include:
- Work closely with Executive Committee leaders, managers, and teams within your assigned area, through strong partnering, delivering effective people solutions, including resource forecasting, organisational development, and workforce, skills and capabilityplanning
- Nurture productive relationships with leaders and people managers at all levels to support their development and that of their teams
- Partner and collaborate with your People Directorate colleagues to enable the delivery of a seamless HR service to the business
- Deliver coaching and mentoring on people issues to your assigned area
- Champion the organisation's diversity and equal opportunities approach and practice
- Provide direction on people, culture, and business projects where required
The successful HR Business Partner will possess:
