They are in search of a highly skilled Fire and Security Project Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee large-scale projects.

The Fire and Security Project Manager will be tasked with managing multi-million-pound commercial projects from start to finish, requiring a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in project management within the fire and security sector.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Identify potential project risks and devise strategies to address them.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to resolve issues.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and inspire project teams to create a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Offer guidance, training, and assistance to team members.
  • Manage project finances and budgets, focusing on cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure projects adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement and uphold strict safety protocols on all project sites.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the fire and security industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-pound commercial projects.
  • Deep understanding of fire and security systems and technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Package includes 22 days holiday + bank holidays and a Company Vehicle.
  • Must be comfortable with travel.
