About the JobRole Overview:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Digital Account Manager to join our vibrant team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be in charge of fostering strong connections with our clients, ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing strategies, and driving the overall performance of digital campaigns. This position is key in grasping client requirements, managing expectations, and collaborating internally to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Building:
    Establish and maintain solid rapport with clients, comprehend their business goals, and serve as a reliable consultant.
  • Digital Strategy Crafting:
    Collaborate with clients to establish digital marketing targets and aims.
  • Campaign Oversight:
    Supervise the entire process of digital campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
    Analyze campaign performance, offer insights, and present reports with key performance indicators.
  • Budget Supervision:
    Manage client budgets efficiently, aiming for cost-effective campaigns and optimal ROI.
  • Industry Trends Awareness:
    Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and practices to provide clients with valuable recommendations.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Digital Account Manager in a digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Project management expertise with the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with various software and tools such as analytics platforms and CRM systems.
Location: London (2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £45K
