Trainee Landscaper

We are looking for an Apprentice Landscaper to join the team at Outdoor Living Gardens.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an apprenticeship scheme run at Craven College, and work alongside a highly skilled team.

• Due to increasing levels of work, we are looking for a fulltime landscape apprentice for an immediate start.
• Outdoor Living Gardens are a garden design and build company, and you will be assisting with the installation of projects from start to finish.

Working as a team, learning new skills; paving, decking, walling, planting etc, to help create amazing spaces for people to enjoy.

Detailed job description

• Helping the team undertake every aspect of hard and soft landscaping.
• Being trained to use various equipment correctly and safely.
• Being polite and courteous to other members of the team and clients.
• Undertaking labour based tasks such as digging and wheel barrowing.
• Learning how to set out garden plans and planting plans.
• Keeping the site clean at all times.

Salary:
From £4.81 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• Skipton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
