Role Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to work one-on-one with a child in Year 1.

The child is non-verbal and has autism, requiring specialized support to enhance their learning experience and personal development. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September.

Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to a non-verbal autistic child in Year 1.Implement and adapt learning activities to meet the child's individual needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Monitor and record the child's progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with autism, particularly non-verbal.
