Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Building up partnerships with external companies
- Coordinating placements of apprentices
- Working to tight deadlines and targets
- Manage expectations of both employers and apprentices
- Championing our commitment to putting students first
- Promoting our values of fairness, respect & equality
During your time in-post, success would look like:
- Consistently met deadlines and targets
- Enthusiastically engaged with the college's dedicated CPD programmes
- Built Strong working relationships and supported colleagues where possible
We're open-minded & welcome all applicants who believe they can build success, though ideally you will:
- Hold relevant experience/qualifications in Business Administration/Customer Service/Marketing/Recruitment or equivalent
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a track record of achieving targets
- Be excited to bring fresh ideas to the table and help us constantly improve
