About the Apprenticeship:
This apprenticeship is structured to provide practical experience and training in various facets of IT support and infrastructure management. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned professionals, earn industry-recognized certifications, and contribute to meaningful projects.

In this position, you will work towards achieving your Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship, facilitated by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Typical Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and managing the unassigned workload within the Service Desk.
  • Resolving 1st and 2nd line technical issues through telephone, email, or live chat, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor for Littlefish clients.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and managing the customer experience throughout the incident and request lifecycle.
  • Prioritizing, progressing, and monitoring IT incidents and requests to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Engaging in specific IT projects for clients as directed by the Management team, including assisting with customer projects and participating in larger initiatives.
  • Maintaining and updating the Service Desk knowledge base.

Comprehensive training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

Salary and Benefits:
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary of £16,000 per annum. Benefits include:

  • Demonstrates initiative and a desire for personal growth.
  • Minimum of Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and Grade 5/C in English.

This apprenticeship equips you with the skills, qualifications, and experience necessary to thrive in a fast-paced industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
